Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of materials on GRAFITUD for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Product Information

We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product colors. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs unless explicitly stated.

Payment

We accept payment through Shopify Payments and other approved payment methods. Payment is due at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

In no event shall GRAFITUD or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use materials on GRAFITUD, even if GRAFITUD or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

All content on GRAFITUD, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of GRAFITUD and protected by copyright and trademark laws. The snake's sacred geometry and all portal codes are proprietary designs of GRAFITUD.
