Our shipping services are designed to provide you with effortless convenience, no matter where you are in the world. With affordable flat rates that apply to your entire order, you can enjoy a seamless shipping experience that will leave you feeling at ease.
We typically prepare your order for shipping within 3-5 days, although please note that delivery times may be impacted by holidays and weather conditions. In rare cases, some items may be temporarily out of stock or delayed in transit due to customs procedures. If this happens, we will do our best to keep you informed and get your order to you as soon as possible.

Return policy
Thank you for choosing Grafitud! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. With that in mind, we have a 30-day return policy in place to ensure that you have ample time to request a return if needed.
We are grateful for your business and want to make the return process as easy and reassuring as possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, and with tags still attached. We also require that the item be returned in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please keep in mind that some items, such as custom or personalized products, are non-returnable. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can make it right.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method. Please be patient, as it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@grafitud.com and will send you a return address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
Dear valued customer,
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make the process as easy and reassuring as possible for you. To initiate a return, please mail your product to the return address provided by our team (not the manufacturer) within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
